2006 Door Prize Fund

Dear Friends of the WCCA:

 

As you probably are aware, the Workers' Compensation Claims Association has scheduled its Sixteenth Annual Holiday Celebration for each of our three Chapters. 

 

At each of the past events, we have distributed a number of very nice door prizes through a drawing. In order to provide a variety of prizes, we are asking members and friends of the Workers' Compensation Claims Association for contributions to our Door Prize fund.  Your generosity will provide us with the means to continue distributing these door prizes at our Annual Holiday Celebrations. Additionally, all funds collected will be allocated to each Chapter’s celebration fund.

 

In appreciation of your donation we will:

  • List your company along with other contributors on a bulletin that will be available to all attendees of the Holiday Celebration, and;
  • List your company name on our web site - www.w-c-c-a.org - and provide a link to your company web site 

We also have several easy alternatives for funding your donation:

  • Make a donation utilizing your Visa or MasterCard. You may make donations in $25 increments. This method is so fast and easy!
  • Send a check, payable to the Workers' Compensation Claims Association (WCCA), marked as a contribution to the Door Prize Fund and forward to:
